There is no opt-out option or remove me option. I try to reply to the e-mail to get removed, but I keep getting them back saying that they did not go through. That that address does not exist. Is there anything I can do. Please help. I'm tired of going to sleep and waking up to 100's of bulk mail.

Some e-mail service providers provide you with an option to get only emails only from persons in your address book. If your email service provider gives you such option then you may enable that and all other mails will go to the junk folder. In case someone sends you an important mail from an address which is not in your address book then you may need to look into the junk folder and add the sender to your address book for future.

Change your email address. Spammers do not remove people. When you click "remove" in a spam, that confirms your email is being read and makes your email address more valuable to sell.

Consider using a SPAM filter to seperate suspected junk mail into a different folder. BUT Don't automatically delete it. Junk filters also catch a lot of good email.

Trying to solve that problem is like trying to herd ants.
You will always get spam no matter what. I take it all in stride and empty my bulk mail daily. If you get some spam in your Inbox just identify it as spam so your computer will recognize it.

legit companies should have an opt-out option, if not, bad bad bad... i usually just mark them as "spam" in yahoo mail and filters some of them out. you'll never be able to filter ALL spam out though. you could also get norton or mcafee which comes with spam control as well if you're using outlook etc.
