Minding your spelling error (I will not call you stupid like some other people did, we all make spelliing mistakes sometimes) I think it's a little far fetched to claim "Americans are stupid". Your telling us that all 295,734,134 million Americans are stupid? That's a lot of people to call stupid, and that's a lot of people that may be angry if you call an entire nation stupid.
What about Martin Luther King? He was born in Atlanta, Gerogia, United States of America. How can you consider an American like that stupid? He is one of the greatest Americans of all time, and he wasn't stupid.
I do hope you re consider your stance on American people.

Stupidity is a very broad topic. But to put it simply, stupidity is everywhere and in every one. However if you mean about the world in general, the global society and all....I would tend to agree that most Americans are kinda stupid...simply because most of them are so boxed in their own world that they don't know what's going on around them or what's life like outside the US. This can be easily remedied by travelling to places outside the US, and be able to experience different cultures.

Sounds like a stupid question to me- just trying to get people mad maybe? Smart and stupid people are a worldwide thing not a country thing- besides- as an American- why do we rock over so many other countries if we are so "stupids?" Why are YOU throwing stones anyway?

This is for dewgongoo if our education system is so bad then why do people from all over the world come to our universitys?
As to the qeustion at hand, the only way I can answer is with my own qeustion: Why are you so ignorant to assume that all americans are stupid?

Let me get this straight, you asked a question like that and WE'RE (Americans) the ones who are stupid? I think you need to look in the mirror to find the stupid one. You'll also find someone who stereotypes there as well.
