Realizing that she is smaller, she probably hit him with an object she found in the weight room, and *that* is why she ended up in jail. I could see people freaking out and calling the cops if you clobber someone with a dumbell.
Violence is not the answer. Have fun in jail.

It all depends on who threw the first punch. Obviously you did and got arrested and jailed for assault and battery, he didn't because he fought back in self defence. Violence doesn't solve the problem, it only creates more problems.

What do you mean by "he was messing with you?" Was he hurting you physically or verbally? Because you hit him it is called assault and that is why you went to jail. You must have given it to him real good...wow!
