why does everyone consider skateboarding to be associate with drugs and ****(i blame the media and people just being stupid)(skateboarding is much better than drugs)(all the people that do drugs are doing it because they dont skate)

Well i skate and I am the only one out my group of ten that doesn't use drugs. If you look at pro-skaters like Tom Penny and Tosh Towend they are into drugs. The reason why people generalize all skateboarders use drugs because they see a bunch goth kids with skateboards with leather jacket with drug symbols and anti this and anti that. So then they get in their head all skaters use drugs.

Well back in my day of growing up all skateboarders were punks and thugs who got into trouble all the time. I use to have tons of skater friends and they weren't exactly the best people. But I don't think it's right to stereotype either as I have meet skaters that were good clean people too. In my neighborhood there seems to be a lot of skaters coming out of the wood work young kids who all seem to be good kids and they have a whole different look than the skaters back in my day they don't look so thugish and punky now a days.

because the government (which leads to the media, like you said) thinks that skateboarding is the worst in the world just because it made little scratch marks on marbles and stuff.(the gov. are the ones are b.s.) Skater do all the drugs and s#!t because they CHOSE to do drugs and s#!t. Hell, i bet soon, you can't even walk across the street from you place without getting at least one ticket.

nicely, there are one of those professional skaters who do not smoke and do smoke. i imagine Andrew Reynolds smokes. yet he's a funky guy to confer with. i imagine he does pot. i'm not sensible, i have considered images yet I doubt its actual. I used to skate yet I in no way were given into problem. perhaps a pair of times for skating in a section I wasn't meant to be in. ok... i'd be straightforward. more beneficial than a dozen situations. and in no way picked up a cigarette in my existence. actual, if i imagine about it... i recognize a few human beings that skates and does drugs. yet HELLA human beings do drugs that do not skate. So not vast of a deal.

Most Skateboarders are rude to people and properties. Look at the show "Jackass." That image has been on skateboarders since the 70's. It will never change.

I used to skateboard. I loved it. Up until my brother and his friend used my board and broke it in half, and then threw it away without telling me.
