I heard this in Greenland. It's supposed to breakup a couple:

Hokity
Pokity
Breakity
Upity

How interesting - I know this from *years* ago, but from a playground game. I can't actually remember the exact context and rules it was used in (it was a variant of "tag", when each person who was tagged had to hold hands with the original "tagger" until there was a huge string of children running around the playgound in a long line, trying to tag yet more people, and then at some point a non-tagged person could say this and break them all up). And this was in the UK.

No, I really don't think it will be causing any divorces...

Well, no break-ups unless you are a big believer in Granny Weatherwax and her Headology (may I politely refer you to the novels of Terry Pratchett if you wish to learn more about this).

You may want to check your sources. That sounds like something from a movie.

I missed that one. Don't you need a picture or a piece of personal property to make it work?
