Not as far as i know..
Im a Limey, and on our side of the pond we kinda..despair at America. You guys tend to be cool on a whole, but its..hell, its the Republicans that act like insane medievil Barons, the Christian Right that live in the dark ages..its the garishness, the strangeness that atratcs us and disgusts us in equal measures...
Why, what do you think of us? Just out of interest

Well, I dont think they hate or love each other, it's more elusive...
They are just two countries which share a cummon history, democraty, free rights... it do not gainsay they are not totaly walking on the same line, nevertheless, their difference is more an advandage in the actual world than a point of issue.
Of course, there always are some silly men whose goal is to create the biggest mess just to tell apart... and most of the time, that come from ignorance, that one which create fear of foreign people

I'm an American and I have a high regard for the British people and their government. Visited the UK not too long ago and did not meet one person that was not great to chat with. It was a wonderful experience - can't wait to go back.

do a survey on the British Yahoo Answers but aside from the ruling party, I believe most British like most Europeans have a very low opinion of Americans and our leaders. They love our culture but other than that we don't score very high on other items.

I dont hate americans. I hate some americans, but not because they're american, so that doesnt count.
Saying that, I dont have a lot of respect for americans after voting george w bush in twice, but other than that i've got no problem with them.

Oh no, not on a personal level (unless, of course, someone stole someone else's man, you know that sort of thing, but that's different...).
Not even on a national level either. I think most people don't have strong feelings either way!
I don't think British people are keen on ANY politicians, whatever country they are from!

I'm not sure about the British...
But I know a lot of white people in America sport the British flag... and not for racist reasons, for ancestry reasons.

i myself do no longer think of of england as being very "united states of america". i do no longer think of any human beings do. Britain has a extensive inhabitants for it somewhat is entire section. The "posh" ingredient is a little extra sensible using fact I easily have met somewhat some caught up Brits. Aussies are lots extra comfortable and friendly in assessment, yet i do no longer hate Brits. particular they are many times the two conceited or obnoxious drunks, yet regularly they are cool. Plus they are the only united states of america different than u . s . a . that continuously places out sturdy song. i presumed "posh" potential luxury or upscale. on your context you look bearing on it to being "united states of america".
