Of course they do if by cumm you mean having an orgasm. For that matter they can have several in a row, more so then a man can. If you mean cumm as in produce semen then NO only men do that. If you mean cumm that they give off any kind of fluid then yes they do that as well, sometimes just internally and other times (if you know what you and she are doing) they can release fluid externally in various amounts.
