Last I checked, Bush was selected by the RNC delegates to run (free, democratic voters), and was selected by a majority of electorate and popular votes (by free, democratic voters), for another four year term.
Last I checked, Ahmadinejad was selected by the ayatollahs to run for the presidency, and was elected by the people (not up on the terms and regulations of voting in Iran at the national level), but his candidacy and election would NOT be possible without outright approval by the ruling clerical bodies of the country. He is more accountable to the clerical regime than to the people (obvious, because the clerics want a suicidal conflict with the U.S. that they will surely lose, but 'win in heaven', while their voting populace will die by the thousands or millions).

the US...but it takes time...like rulings by the Supreme Court
We also can impeach him through our elected representatives but choose not to.
In Iran, when the President wasn't responsive to the Revolutionary Council (not elected by the people) the Council replaced him with a hardliner...not in keeping with the more moderate nature of the Iranian public.

Currently, Iran (if either).
It's blatantly clear that Bush is not accountable to the American people. Not when he can publicly admit to committing war crimes, publicly admit to willful violation of federal law, have the Supreme Court confirm this, and still get to act with impunity.
In Iran, when popular opinion changed, the Iranian voters got rid of their previous (moderate) president and installed a hard-liner to stand up against the West. Last poll I saw had Ahmadinejad, who has only been in power for a year, having roughly a 70% approval rating.
Which is roughly equivalent to Bush's disapproval rating.

The US of course. The leader of Iran really couldn't care less what the people of his country think.

Stupid question.
Bush is a man of the people. Everything he does is for the good of the country.
He doesn't let the American-Haters and the Bush-Haters bother him.
He just does his job.
