I live in MA and know that in NH, you dont have to wear a helmet while riding a motorcycle...but does this apply to out of state residents? can a non NH rider be pulled over for the lack of a helmet? I heard this once from someone and became confused.

Under 18 = helmet
Over 18 = Choice
All = eye protection

We don't care where you come from. The law is the same for everyone.

Reagardless of the NH laws, you might want to check with your insurance agent to find out if your covered for injury while riding without a helmet in another state.

I'm not sure. You probably can't be prosecuted for it, but as a resident of Michigan, where there ARE helmet laws, I've never had to deal with it.

You do not need a helmet. Regardless of what state you are from.

No you don't have to wear a lid. But you have to have a b*tch pad/passenger seat. The last time I was there.
