Of course she can, my dear. I know the skin of a 16 year old is a lot more elastic than us 44 year old Ladies (trust me). You should be able to lose a good 35-50# all over and not have any "overhang". Just remember to make certain you're eating correctly and excersizing when you do diet. I was 150# in High School and am now more than (blush) that as I approach my mid-40's. You will be ablet o lose it easier than I will. Blessings my child.

while i grow to be a teenager i used to be obese and by utilising the time i grow to be approximately 17 years previous I lost a entire of 70 pounds, and that i haven't had problems with extra skin. make certain which you shrink weight healthily and gradually, i've got got here upon that this prevents you from having extra skin issues. remember that even once you're some pounds obese i'm advantageous which you're eye-catching, and it does take an extremely long term to shed those pounds so wait and spot.

If you go about it the right way I would think so. Just do a lot of cardio. Start eating better and use weights to stay toned. However remember that when you work out more you build more muscle so you may put on a little weight at first but its all muscle and you will look more trim regardless. Diet and exercise is always the best way.
