Imo time is arbritrary, we section it, time is 'to be', in the universe. On a planet where there's sunrise and sunset it's a cycle, but is it time? It probably is. We grow older and die because our cells are programmed to have a limited amount of time, but it's operating also within another aspect of time, our daily lives, the world's times, the instellar and so on. All 'times' operating within other 'times'. I think it's just easier to say that everything 'just is'. Does this make sense?! And I havent even had me tea yet!

His name is Hawkin, not Hawkins. And in his book he does not make such a claim. He asks specific questions and ponders possible replies.
Try learning enough about the man to at least spell his name right.

there is a time and a timeless dimension, the laws of physics are a universal force seen in the way light behaves and how matter forms, and the different effects of time vs no-time is seen in the difference b/w the spirit world and our world, which are overlapping and separate by the law of gravitation, my guess is its different gravitational constants, like above 7 means the experience is a direct product of the perciever's energy, and 7hz is the limit of an electron's mass, so its like magic by smarts vs magic by god type deal

His name is Stephen Hawking (even DOCTORWATSON got it wrong), and his theories are very difficult to grasp. If you are truly interested, you should study physics and other natural sciences until you are prepared to read his book.
