Does that mean that the Universe is in perfect equilibrium without expanding ?

Redbourne is not the only one having a different explanation for the cosmological redshift. But he more or less assumes that the redshift is the only proof of the expansion of the Universe. But of course it isn't. Such a selective choice of facts, throws him immediately in the crackpot category.

Besides anybody who says this "Math, like computer models, will tell you anything you want to hear" doesn't have a clue.
