If you workout, NO...your skin tightens. IF you just starve yourself, your face and body will sag. Thats not attractive. Eat healthy - and exercise daily for at least 30 minutes and you will melt that weight off quickly. I did.........one year ago, 30 pounds and they are still off and I dont exercise as much ! but i do make it a point to do some type of activity each day...walking, swimming, or whatever to keep the weight off.

Depends how old you are. Skin loses some resilience the older you become. Remember fat weighs more than muscle. What size are trying to get down to? If you talking a 6" drops in size & your older... Well you might have some lose skin. But if your young 30# doesn't seem like that big of a deal.

At first I thought you said 300 pounds :) Then the answer would be yes... At 30lbs you won't notice any flabby or loose skin. Your skin tone will actually get better because there will be less fat on top of your muscles.

Not necessarily if youre young. The skin is attached to the fatty tissue and underlying muscles. If your muscles are soft it could appear that your skin is flabby so you might want to also tone your muscles. No need to decrease your calorie intake to lose that kind of weight, just up your metabolism by increasing your excercise regime. It will burn off the fat and strengthen your muscles. Skin loses its elasticity with age and skin type.

It depends on you age. If you are in your 20's you will spring back like a rubber band. It also depends on how long you have been carrying around the extra weight. the longer on, the more likely you will have some sort of sagging. One indicator is your mama and gran. are they wrinkly and saggy? I wouldn't let the thought of saggy skin deter you from loosing the lbs. Use a firming lotion on you parts and if you have loose skin softer a year of keeping the weight off, you can have laser tightening of the areas you want tighter. it works and you don't' have to resort to surgery,

it easily relies upon. sixteen years is a constructive youthful age, meaning that the exterior continues to be very elastic and resilient. risk is extreme that a 40-pound weight help won't bring about unfastened, flabby epidermis. in spite of the shown fact that, if the guy is already at a healthy weight and is dropping way extra beneficial than is medically necessary/reported, it would desire to bring about flabby epidermis. it somewhat is using fact the exterior is there to guard issues like muscle tissues and organs, so if part of the load help involves "eating into" the muscle tissues, the exterior might shelter itself using fact it "is conscious" that it will no longer be shrinking lots. As for 40-50 pounds, i might might desire to understand the guy's modern-day top and weight. If all persons is finding for to lose extra weight than is medically sensible, they might desire to no longer do it.

That isn't a lot of weight so your skin should "bounce back" particularly if you lose weight in a slow and steady manner so your skin can adjust instead of dropping all 30 pounds in a couple of weeks. (Which is also dangerous)
