I am married for less than a year and we now have a child. However i found out that when we have a fight over just about anything she immediately packs her things and try to leave me she has done this on a monthly basis and in the past i tried to stop her. Recently i got tired of her routine and somewhat made her leave, and thus she took away our 3month old son. Plus the fact that her family being poor is always asking for financial help. At this stage i do not love her anymore and tore all her pictures. The only thing holding me back was the threat that her brothers might harm me. I actually gave her a divorce letter on her way out.

She is 12yrs old and im 32yrs old. We have a huge gap in terms of education too, as she's a college drop out and i a university professor with a master's degree. I think she got used to her "leaving attitude" when we were still dating, she often splits with me and i always go after her. I have reason to believe that her siblings were supportive becuase they owe me a lot of money. and i was able to build a house for her before we married. Being beautiful she has a lot of suitors but her siblings disaprove bcoz they were not financially well off. I think ive been had.

well,i guess you need to be the matured one and try to be a lil patience, now since your wife is so young, you need to be her mentor by giving her all the love and support....
and you are a professor by profession, yous hould know how to deal with this....sit with her and get to the root cause of the fights and try to come to a common solution by communicating and considering each others opinions and views.....
you guys need to talk about your relationship, give it sometime, its not even a year as you said you guys are married, try and make it work by talking...or else go for counselling...but dont give it up on such stupid issues!!

Talk to her and ask her for a divorce just put the things clear she decided to leave you didn't force her to do it , she is just an immatuer person that can't handle a relationship & their problems ...As for her brother's they have no reson to bother you it was her decition to leave home so if they do something to you go straigth to the police they will help you out... But llok for legal assistance before it is late that way you can start paying childsupport & get visitation order so you can have contact you son & look for a real woman that will not be imature & that will accept you & your son that should be an important thing too to look up in a new relationship ....GOOD LUCK!!! Best whishes !!! :)

Oh man...whew! Thats alot to take in...First...file for divorce. Second..dont lend anymore money. Third...you may have to get a restraining order against her and the family. Dont worry about your child. If you are a decent guy, which you sound like you are...a judge will make sure that you get joint custody of your child. It sounds like you made something of yourself, you just got wrapped up with the wrong girl. Good luck with everything. I know its tough, but youre smart, youll do the right thing. Youre young....there are alot of good women out there...get out of that negative situation and find you a good girl.

If the brothers lay a finger on you they go to jail. They are blowing hot air. As for your wife, you two really need a break at this point.
I think you still love her, but you're tired of the head games. If things calm down try some marriage counseling. I assume you are both young?

YOu know what man. If you dont care about her any more leave. Give her the divoce letter. She is obviously controlling you. Maby her family is making her so you can help the by giving them money. As for the brothers buy a gun. If they try to harm you threaten to shoot you. If they keep coming pop a cap in they ***. Women like them really piss me off. It makes it hard for good men like me and you to find love any where. Because all they want is money. Good luck to ya man

Oh Lord !
People need to think with there brains instead of their genitals.
Now you are in this and a child too oh, two children I almost forgot the wife. You didn't see any signs of this inmature behavior before you slept together. Or did you give it any time to become evident. Her brothers will get you sooner or later.

It sounds like the two of you were not ready to get married when you did. Isn't custody of your child a concern? I would see about therapy. The two of you could go together to learn how to raise your child without being together. It's so sad when a child has to deal with the stress of parents who hate each other:(

She is playing games. Move on, file for divorce and if the brothers try to hurt you "restraining order will do the trick" and you then may be able to file for custody of the baby.

I wouldn't worry about the brothers; if they do anything to you, you can sue them and the ex in civil court, as well as have the brothers put away in jail.

Getting your *** kicked heals in a day or two; jail is a lot longer.
