I didn't vote, partly because i don't live in America, so don't launch that at me. What i'm saying is, Bush backs the Israelis right? but the Israeli's kill innocent Lebanese. Bush drops bombs on innocent Iraqis, and Afghans. How is this religiously let alone morally right according to his own Christian faith?! He condemns gay marriages, saying that in his faith it's wrong. Anyone understand what the hell he means?

Bush is an idiot who thinks he talks to God. He is the worst kind of man to elect president and we will be glad to be done with him. As for the stuff you mentioned:

1. The Lebanese government has failed their own people by letting Hezbollah declare war on Israel. That's what happened. Hezbollah declared war for Lebanon. It's illegal as hell and the Lebanese government should be hunting out Hezbollah and charging them. Unfortunately, the Israeli response was poorly done. They allowed it to escalate to war.

2. The war on Afghanistan was to take down a government that had condoned an attack on the USA. Again, the Taliban government allowed Osama bin Laden to declare war for them and it cost them. Most of the Afghan people are happy to see the Taliban out of power. Hopefully their new government will take responsibility and keep order in its own borders.

3. The Iraq war is Bush's war. It was NOT justified and is not condoned by most Americans. We've made a bad situation worse by removing Saddam Hussein.

The decision to condemn gay marriage is not entirely a religious issue. If the government recognizes gay marriages as legal, they'll have to pay a hell of a lot more in social security benefits than they do now. As far as Bush is concerned, though, it's a purely religious issue. He hasn't found out yet the Bible was written by MEN and not by God.

BUSH IS NOT A CHRISTIAN!! He just plays the part to grab Christian votes, and get financial support from the nutcase christian coalition. The way he flips off camera crews and uses filthy language is an indicator.

More proof that he's a fake christian is the fact he was part of skull and bones, a pagan like secret society that does weird rituals. Ex-girlfriends of members have gone on the record to say that" when they toured one of the skull and bones houses they saw upside down crosses and skulls of famous people. They had the skull of Geronimo there".

Bush was also caught at the Bohemian Grove. What is the Bohemian Grove? A place were Republicans go for a couple of weeks. However they do a mock sacrifice of a naked woman to an owl god while dressed as Druids (Oh how Christian).. They have weird pagan druid nick names and have even rumored to have had gay dancers perform there.

The last time I looked, Bush was not allowed to fly the planes that dropped those bombs you mentioned, nor was he permitted to shoot those guns that killed innocent Lebanese.

I think you read something wrong, unless there is a bombardier named Bush who dropped those bombs or a soldier by the name of Bush who shot all those people.

I think it was that Hezbollah guy called Ali Bali Bush-guy that you were reading about. I understand he went around Lebanon with a dirty rag around is face and shooting his gun into the air.

I think he is a hypocrite, but not necessarily for the reasons you stated.
He seems too eager to unleash the military, others' lives, without first trying to be diplomatic. And giving ultimatums aren't being diplomatic.
And by the way, Remy, the Bohemian Grove isn't only for Republicans, in fact, it's not only for Americans.

Christened with european beliefs. I grew up and realized, I was believing in a myth. Europeans do not have any concept of history, culture or religious beliefs. What they learned, was from the Afrikaans/Asians and distorted the philosophical truth (or near truth).
The question is, are europeans religious hypocrites. Absolutely yes!
The financially wealthy/politically connected, entire life is structured on power, greed and destruction.
NOTE>Always more to the story.-

is he a religious hypocrite? i don't know..what religion is he...by hypocrite you mean ....when you say you believe one way...yet don't live it..? if that's what you mean...i would say this nation is full of them....i actually have heard many folks say they don't go to a church because they are full of hypocrites...possibly we are all a hypocrite to one degree or another...i try and live what i believe as opposed to "talking" what i believe...and the rest doesn't bother me...none of us is perfect...isn't that great?!! i do hang with people tho, who consistently seek a higher path...i don't concern myself with politicians much, as (knowing a few) and also being privy to observe sop of politics...what we the public see and are led to believe...is quite different then the dynamics that go on in the political life....i do believe the president doesn't wield as much power as most think...i believe a president sets the tone for the country...and you know...you never really know someone until you live with them...i am a great skeptic of the media...most articles in a newspaper are written to evoke the opinion the writer wants...i have read articles of events i personally knew of and all have been mis- quoted...wrong "facts"....allot left out...completely misleading...so i very seldom read newspapers any more..i think of all the paper waste...remember...they are about selling advertising to make money!

In a choice between Hezbollah who killed 200+ innocent American peacekeepers in Beirut in 1983 and Israel who doesn't kill Americans, Bush chooses Israel. I can't blame him.

Self-defense is permitted in all faiths so this squares with Christianity.

All religions practice hyprocracy. If you are not a member of (their) particular faith, then you are unworthy in their eyes.
