theese answers are all correct but they left out one tiny detail....MAKE SURE you trust the site before allowing it to set a cookie on your computer. some cookies can contain Malware and potenialy Harm your computer. And i am sure you dont wana make a 1500-300 dollar mistake with just one cookie. Ive seen it happen and it aint Pretty

open ur internet browser -> tools -> options-> click cookies -> click on " allow sites to set cookies"

if this is internet explorer, go to:

"Tools"
"Internet Options"
Privacy Tab
and make sure you're set to Medium level.

that should allow you to accept most cookies on the web. you can also click on the "Default" button to restore microsoft's default level.

arer you talking in windows xp ? if yes then its very easy click internet explorer and then tools>internet options and there you have the option to enable cookies:D
