Yes and it is called pre ejaculation! From what I have read most men do that before ejacuation.

If you are having sex without a condom or other method of birth control, the YES, you CAN get pregnant.
Pre-ejaculate contains sperm - just not a lot of them. And remember it only takes ONE sperm cell to make you pregnant. Don't want a baby? DO NOT have UNPROTECTED SEX.
