You've got your facts mixed up. Tom's first wife was Mimi Rogers, then Nicole, and now Katie.
Penelope was never married to him.
I think the best wife for him was Nicole. But, I guess Tom got bored (like a lot of other piggish men), and strayed from the marriage.

I guess if he wants a puppet for a wife Katie would be the best option. But Kidman was the best wife he has ever had but he didn't deserve her. Plus no one wants a short short man n e wayz.
