I just booked a trip to there for April. It is a 6 Golden Apple rating (which is VERY good) but I was just wondering if anyone had anything to say about it? Or, if they can recommend any activities or things to see in that area. It is between Cancun and the island of Cozumel. Thanks.

Friend of mine stayed there and really enjoyed it. My wife and I stayed at the Iberostar Paraiso Lindo, which is not far from the Sandals, and had a BLAST!!! Check out Guest Services when you get there. They'll make all the arrangements for any excursions you want to go on. My wife and I went to Xel-Ha for inner tubing and snorkeling (lots of fun, wear sunscreen), we also went snorkeling off Cozumel and saw the island (also very fun) and we went on a sunset dinner cruise that we REALLY enjoyed. We booked all of the excursions through Guest Services at the Iberostar and everything went off without a hitch.

Yes, I've been. I was nice, but not what I really wanted. I'm a bum at heart, and you need to look nice just about everywhere you go on the resort. Pack enough dress clothes!
