Why would you want a mechanical bull when you can get a real bull for under 1000 dollars? You must have a bar or something. You should just buy a real bull and make a really small pen so it doesn't get out. That would be much more original and exciting.

For under $1000 it's not going to happen. If it's for a one-off event rent one. Retail price new for these is around 16,000. If you are serious about buying a second hand one, here is a link but it's going to cost you more than 1k. You could rent one for 2 months for 1k tho :)
