How come the carpool never comes when it's supposed to? Only the bus arrives for the kid.

Chances are, your lot is bugged, or you somehow deleted the carpool. I think your only solution is to move out and into another lot. You should delete the house (after you move out your family) on the current lot and it should reset to normal.

i guess it takes an hour to get to work, though it dont take an hour to get home. This is odd
