I received it on the suspended account about 20 of them but I had received about 40 before the account got suspended and the best part is that the account was functioning normally even after 40 violations and then they suspended it after a month of giving the violations

Maybe it was the sum total of your worse stuff that they looked over after a complaint and that's why they sent the notice (sort of like a TV show getting an Emmy for past seasons not for anything special this time).
