My breasts hurt really bad especially with the first pregnancy. They grew so fast - much to my husbands joy!
I never spotted however I have heard sometimes you spot when implantation occurs or when you normally would have your period.
I felt sick to my stomach as well and got headaches and was extremely tired. However, not all women feel these things, some feel nothing at all.
So if you are not sure if you are do a HPT or to be really sure get a blood test done to see if HcG is deteced in your blood! Good luck!

Unfortunately you will never get an accurrate response as every woman responds differently to a pregnancy... My personal experience, I have been pregnant three times and I have NEVER had any symptoms, morning sickness, the breasts getting tender, etc., and the only way that I know that I am pregnant is because I have missed my period. Others, will say that they got sick and they felt bloated, etc., so you really cannot go by other women's experiences because that does not necessarily mean that you will have the same experience... You are going to have to wait and see how your body responds to these new hormones in your body and you learn how to recognize them yourself. good luck.. I know that one gets anxious and wishes to know immediately if one is pregnant or not and the wait to see if you are going to miss your next period or not IS EVER LASTING... but, hopefully, you will find out soon... You can actually take a pregnancy test five days before you are expecting your period, some kits are suppose to detect the hcg hormone at a very early stage, so you can try the First Response and/or EPT... Good Luck once again...

I am currently 30 weeks. I haven't had any spotting. For some woman there are immediate changes in the body. For example some females breast start to leak. Mine just started not to long ago. Everyone is different

Spotting could be a sign of conception. When the fertilized egg attaches itself to the uterine wall.
I didn't start feeling any of the "symptoms" until I was like 8 weeks pregnant. Then I started feeling extremely tired, run down, nausea, constipation. It was terrible. But once the second trimester came along I felt much better. You sort of don't feel pregnnat any more. But then that third one comes along...which I am in now...and you feel crappy one more time.

Spotting may be a sign of implantation of the egg in your uterus but it may also be a sign that your period is starting. There are immediate changes but they are different for everyone and not all women experience them. I knew because I had flu like symptoms, vertigo, dizziness, faintness and if my shirt even fit wrong, I felt like my nipples were being cut.
Good luck.

he seems like a great guy, just remember hes going through a lot of emotional things now too and he needs your support just as much as you need his. You really need to communicate how you are feeling to him and ask him to tell you how he feels. he'll come around, this is totally normal. Just be thankful you still have him and he didnt run off on you. He wants to marry you and raise this baby with you, thats so awesome that he would say that to you.

Yes, a pretty early pregnancy sign is if your temperature is over 97 or even around 98 degrees after you've missed your period.
Check this website it will explain more:

Your uterus starts to get bigger right away. My doctor knew I was pregnant from an exam before I had even missed my period.
