When I was about ten, I made a slip of the tongue which led to me making a racist statement to a group of people, I didn't mean or think it, it was just a childish misphrasing, but it still haunts me over 20 years later. Silly I know, but I'd take that back in a heatbeat. Its often the little things that make us feel the worst

My boyfriend and I broke up. I can't remember why. He came back and I felt sorry for him. Big mistake. I fell pregnant almost immediately, we got married and divorced 4 years later.
If I could do one thing in my life over again, it would be that I would ignore the doorbell when he rang it. As I actually wanted to do.

Nothing. Never have regrets. Even the bad experiences in life have a purpose. Without them, we wouldn't appreciate the good experiences nearly as much.

I wouldn't be born. All of life is about pain, and agony and social interactions that essentially boil down to fighting, raping and sniping- and when your'e not being shot at, it seems like our government is out to screw us with taxes, and burdensome laws and regulations. That is, when the government isn't giving nice contracts out to their buddies like Bush/Hallburton, or Bush Clan/Oil Companys kickbacks or whatever Senator/House of Representative has managed to keep from going to jail this day/month/week year, etc.
Or, the quote from Psalms 23rd- "Tho I walk thru the valley of the shadow of death,,,," a direct reference to our walk in life.
In the bible, Job, a man who feared God and did his best to keep his commandments had everything taken away from him in just a few hours- his children, his wealth, his servants. 3 of Jobs friends came by and for a week nobody said anything- even tho they sat in the dirt, covered in ashes as a sign of repentence. Then Job cursed the day he was born and his mother who bore him.
He's right, its better to never have been born than to put up with all the hate, the anger, the fighting and stupid crap that happens in the universe.
Then you compare this with what King Soloman wrote- "Don't worry about your life"- this from a guy who was the smartest person of all time, but also had and bought everything he could ever want. My question to him is "And what about the pain and suffering you made your slaves feel as they built monuments to your ego? As they sweated and felt great pain from the sun- did you tell them to not worry about their life?" Thats a lie.
The Preacher, the book of Esseclasties, or "The Preacher" as its translated is right. Its ALL vanity, and "striving after the wind"- everything that has been accomplished has been done simply for vanity.
Effile Tower- a steel edifice extension of Effiles penis.
Hadrians Wall- a 100 plus mile of Hadrians penis.
Smith Tower, Seattle Washington- at one time the largest building west of St.Louis.
Washington, DC- gee, this is named after some guy,,,himmm,,,,give me a second, I'll figure it out,,,,,Ah, its named after the DOLLAR BILL! So why isn't it called DOLLAR, DC? With all the politicans you can rent it should be renamed...
I've written this sarcastically, but you do get my meaning

Marrying my second husband , I would take it back a thousand and one times if I could , that second marrage changed my and my families lives forever, and caused untold damage that will last not only a lifetime but for generations yet to come ... I wish him all the worst in the world with all of my heart and soul.
Amen!!!

Humm...I probably would have tried to be nicer to my ex-boyfriend. But I would hope that he would want to do the same. Other than that, my experiences and choices in life have created who I am today, and if I go back and start changing things, I probably wouldn't be the person I am today, and I am happy with myself these days.

There was a "special school" a school for kids with learning disabilities - a few streets away from my school - my friends & I always taunted them with sick chants..and chucked stones at them..I will always regret doing that for as long as I live.

Eating the pie with gluttonous levity in full view of the judges and the pie maker... I didn't win, it wasn't a contest.
