If running spy ware (such as Spybot) does not fix your problem, try using Mozilla Firefox instead of Internet Explorer as your web browser, its less succeptable to this sort of thing.

Or it could be an agressive pop-up? Do you have a toolbar with pop-up blocker? If not the Yahoo! toolbar is free and includes a pop-up blocker which will automatically block agressive pop-ups which drag you to other sites.

I highly recommend you download SUPERantispyware. It will fix that problem. It is VERY VERY effective and it is free.
