the only thing that you should change is your smile

Well this is coming from a gay man. No I do not think you are ugly, you are pretty but from you expression in the pics I think you have low self esteem, maybe? You should feel good about yourself and be confident. You are very attractive.

You're not ugly but sounds like you're insecure. Know that you're pretty. Accept who you are inside and out. Don't waste the pretty, use what you've got to full advantage. It's really all about your personality and how you see yourself!

you have a nice fashion shopping at abercrombie and stuff but your eyes look a little funny your blonde which gives you a dvantage and you look like have a decent body. but overall say could lose a lil punds on your face and your eyes look wierd not sure maybe cause you look sad or something or cause of just genes well thats what i think hope it helps out
