Where colors that really go well witht he season. Like spring colors are pastels and light colors, Fall would be the reds, oranges, browns, etc. Also think about what looks best with your skin tone. I like pink a lot, but purples and greens look very good on me (so I've been told) Hope this helps :)

If you look like your avatar I would say to wear bright pinks, yellows, and greens, reds. I also think that you would look nice in a pale pastel green or any jewel tones. I would stay away from dark browns and black. Hope that I helped you.

Any color really. Never wear floral with stripes or polka dots with checkers. I like wearing jeans or black/brown/khaki pants with a lighter colored shirt. Sometimes with a little design on it. And I only buy shirts with "sayings" on them when it's a saying that totally describes my personality, otherwise I think they are stupid.

Sweetheart that can really only be determined by you. Ask your friends what they think looks good on you. Different people tend to look better in certain colours. But it is mainly subjective..

It is different for different people. Depends on your body type, coloring, height, the occasion, your work, etc.
Here's an interesting site.

It depends on your hair color and skin tone.
I like to watch What Not To Wear (US Version) because they have such good tips.

Probably depends on your skin tone, but personally... I'm a fan of green and blue... and red when I'm feeling bold.
