It is up to the courts to decide. Age of children would have bearing on this.
One would think neither would have to pay but that is not always true. Each child should have the same $$$ support as the other. If you make 20,000 and he make 60,000 then you will be receiving child support for your daughter. The courts call it standard of living.
You will have to work this out with child support services in your state or go back to court.

My sister in law is in this situation, her's is a little different she has 1 and their dad has 2. The courts stated that she had to pay him money, but only on one child, due to him having 2. I guess you need to talk with your attorney, because if you each have a child, then neither one pays chid support to the other. And several others things will change from the original agreement.

Each State has a formula for child support based on ages and needs of the children and the incomes of each parent. Contact the court in your county for help on this. There will be some adjustment. Good luck.

My son lives his with father and my daughter lives with me. When I had the both of them I was getting about 600 a month for support. We agreed that dad would still send 300 a month for our daughter. I pay all medical and dental etc...for my daughter and he pays the same for my son. I pay everything for one and so does he. And when my son is with me for a whole month I get the full 600 again. And when my daughter is with him I get nothing. make since?

I had been divorced for 6-1/2 years. My 3 boys live with me and 1 daugther with ex-wife. It is my moral responsibilities that i still want to support my only daughter. It is love that called me to do so. But it is depend on cooperation from both of you. In my case sometimes making myself in difficult position. In my case she is not only expect for the support...but full attention to my daugther. Then become a burden, I will rather and happier to take my daugther with me from the unresponsible mother. But my poor litle girl is her weapon.
Have a talk with your hubby and share reposibilities for the best for your kids.

Whoever the judge says. The parties are responsible for paying according to the last decree unless there is an agreed upon change.
