its terrible.....very dry or with lots of tiny prickly things on it.....what do i do????i cleanse my face with cleansing milk and cotton wool every night.....doesnt help..........

Get a cleaner and moisturizer that is for combination skin. If you have little bumps on your nose or face it sounds like clogged pours and if you don't get it really clean, they will turn into black heads or pimples. Try Neutragena (not sure about the spelling), Noxema or Clearasil. Those are 3 good companies. But make sure that they are for combination skin.
