I recently listed a lot with a Realtor. The only catch is all the Realtors I spoke with wanted 10% to sell the land! I'm used to 5 or 6% commision. I was able to talk the agent I wanted to use down to 8%. Selling a lot usually takes much longer than a home so go ahead and get it listed and wait...

If its a Cemetary Lot, Just Wait I'm sure that someday you'll be dying to be burried there.....

Otherwise if its a residential lot go see u'r local re agent...
