please help, I am using a mobile phone for internet in Italy,?

When i log on I get a page coming up saying the loading has been interupted, I have tried to 'REFRESH'" as it tells me to do but nothing happens! HELP

It's hard to say with the information you've given, but your mobile network connection is probably spotty, which is what causes the interruptions. Move to an area with a better connection or switch providers.
