I've just read that they have the cheat name "artmoney.exe", you don't you check this in other question?

Good idea would to put most of your villagers or all if you have a good food supply to the research table and let them do their work. If you upgrade science you get tech points faster and that should help. Every night my villagers earn me 9 to 10 thousand tech points this way. Hope this helped. :)

the only way to earn tech points is to set your villagers to research and put them at the table, as you increase your science technology they are suppose to earn more faster but i think the best way to earn more faster is to make more researchers

save up slowly and buy the technology points which means that you get tech points faster
