when i call a friends pre-paid phone i receive this message "the phone you are trying to reach is not reachable' IS THE PHONE OUT OF MINUTES???

Some times when some one is out of area or has no service availabe, it means that they can't be reached at that time.

That means the person with the pre pay phone doesn't have any remaining minutes left on the phone. On prepay you pay a huge amount of money per minute when your minutes run out you can't answer because you need to pay more money for the minutes. Cell phones charge for calls coming in and out.

could be, or more likely is turned off, or out of range..could be many different things
