It depends!! My eyebrows are plucked, but my upper lip I use a facial shaver made for woman.

Gosh, dont u wish there was no such thing as facial hair, of course I would rather shave, but unfortunately I have to pluck and pluck and pluck. And they(men) think we wake up looking beautiful and soft all over. Little do they realise the torture involved.Lol.

shaving makes hair grow back thicker and makes you look like a man... if i needed to get rid of any facial hair i'd pluck.

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

i wax my eyebrows but i was on an acne medication in high school that wouldnt let me wax for about 9 months. i had to pluck my eyebrows that whole time, and it SUCKED. i would never shave anything on my face, once you shave the hair grows back darker and coarser

shaving makes your face ruff and you can see it more growing back in. Men shave, women pluck....go get waxed its less effort and pain

I think plucking the eye brows is much better because even thoughg it hurts it kinda gives the brow a lillte lift
