I have heard that Costa rica and Belize are very nice, I talked to some friends who's parents moved to Belize and they love it and they have a fishing charter business there and everyone speaks english as it is a former British colony, also Costa rica from what I hear is very beautiful and a nice place to live but you never know until you go there.

Montana!! I was born and raised here and left for a short while and am very glad to be home. Nothing beats the mountains and the calm surroundings.
