This guy is notorious for smiling when he shouldn't be. For example, when he was discussing the Katrina victims last year, he kept smiling when he was saying "we are trying to ge thelp out there to these folks". Is there a term for this disorder? Is this a form of autism?

No. It's that they haven't got the wiring right on his sympathy simulator. But Bush 2.0, which is coming out this winter, should fix that bug.

No. It's condescension - It's like laughing at the asker
"What's wrong with you - we're trying to help these folks".
He's the best actor we've had. He's fooled the libs into thinking he's a conservative. He's fooled the conservatives into thinking he's a Christian.
In reality he's a One-world Globalist with the same agenda as his father - to usher in a "New World Order"
Any coincedence to the fact that Dad first used that phrase on 9/11/90 and Bush Jr. presided over the official ushering in of the NWO on 9/11/01?
