Okay, yes, the wording of your question is very poor, but I think we understood it anyway. Your problem seems to be in your definition of "rape". I believe you are assuming that when people say rape, they are referring only to violent, forceful rape, and you are wondering how it is physically possible to force a man, since if he doesn't want to, he won't get an erection. Is this right?
First of all, that is not the only definition of rape. Coercion is also considered rape. So, if the man says no, and then the woman starts to demean him, saying things to question is manliness, and that's why he won't sleep with her, basically using shame to FORCE him to have sex with her, technically, this is rape. Things like this DO happen, but men just don't talk about it.
Likewise, seduction can be construed as rape. If a person says no, but then you arouse their libido, making them horny enough that they give it, this is also rape.

It is just as easy for a woman to rape a man as it is for a man to rape a woman, if that person has the motivation to do so. Many women rape men & don't talk about it. They learned HOW to rape from men. Women rape for different reasons then men do. Many times it is a form of "pay-back" done just to teach the man a lesson about women & respect. If a man puts a woman on a pedestal, then this type of a woman has no choice but to look down on the man & use him in ways that she feels she was once used & subjected to by an abusive sexual partner/predator at some time in her life. Sometimes she will only seduce the man & sit back & watch as others (usually men) will commit the actuaol "rape" of her male victim. Some people are willing to pay for this type of retribution!

OK you have 3 questions so let's start with the first.
How does a woman rape a man? To answer you need to know what is rape? Rape is unlawful carnal knowledge of a persons body; according to the dictionary.
Unless the man is frail; in order for a women to rape a man she would have to subdue him. To do this she would need to drug or restrain him in some way that so that he could not move.
If she drugs the man then in all likely-hood she intends to hand vaginal intercourse with him. If she ties the man up then it usually indicates the woman will engage in anal intercourse.
Drugged, while it takes longer to do, is the best way to force a man to have sex, (his body will still respond to stimulus). Restrained, while safer (in case he wakes up), is more trouble because a real man can control his erection and allow it to become soft if he wants to.
Are there women like that?
Yes but they're hard to find.
Why do they say it like that?
Forcing someone to have sex to have sex if they don't want to is rape no matter him you say it.

I don't think a woman can rape a man, since he probably won't get an erection if he's not into it. A woman can harrass a man though. Good luck on your English-learning.

Hello... Men can be anally raped too. Rape is not just confined to sexual intercourse. It could also be oral. and yes, coercion is considered sexual assault.
