I'd like to establish small company.
How can I do, I'd like to buying from foreign country usefull cheap item and selling to my country.
Is it possible?

It is very possable. Almost any place in america has hundreds of items "made in china", where it can be produced for pennies on the dollar.
Your best bet is to research how to establish a company in your country, taxation guidelines for a company, figure out what product you want to import, how you are going to import it (assuming you can import) and also you need to figure in how much of a tarriff you'll be paying on your imported goods.

it's possible...easiest to do it if you have a shipper like UPS that handles customs
