While the "NOBEL" prize is indeed 'noble', I don't think we can rightly say who should get this prize until you determine what 'category' you specify...
Nobel Peace Prize? maybe Bono? or how about the Gates.
physics- maybe Stephen Hawking (I don't think he has received one yet).
medicine- I recommend 'Doctors without Borders'
literature- JKRowling (for getting kids to love reading).
economics- I don't know
chemistry- I don't know
Those are the six different areas that I know of, are there others?
