can't really think of any others,. but i love Blue Lagoon, it is such a good story. There is a Blue Lagoon 2 (Return to the Blue Lagoon) with Milla Jovovich (fifth element & Ultraviolet) and Brian Krause from Charmed. It is not quite as good as the first but it ia almost the same movie. It is worth watching.

The only Blue Lagoon I know would require a flight to Keflavik, and the lagoon is between Reykjavik and Kaflavik.

there was one in runcorn cheshire, it was a nightclub, but it has closed down years ago. There is also a blue lagoon,lake/pond that is at llangollen horseshoe pass, wales. so it depends what type of place you are looking for.
