Eventually, yes. There is a black hole at the center of our Milky Way Galaxy. Eventually it will engulf everything within it's influence. But don't worry, none of us will be around to witness it.

Doubtful. There is not a blackhole anywhere close to us, but it is possible in the realms of the Universe. It may just take a trillion or so years.
