It depends - is it AIDS?

well it depends on what the serious illness is. if its AIDS/HIV or other STI which could possibly have been caused by you then yes.
However, if its cancer or other non infectious illness that you couldn't have possibly given her then no because she is probably just angry and doesn't know how to deal with it and needs your support. if this is the case let her know that you are there for her and she will come to you when she is ready to talk and deal with the situation.

What type of serious illness? If you caused her to have AIDS or something, then it's you she should be leaving. If you love eachother you can work through anything. Sit down and talk.

Well Russell since you are the one asking all those questions about PID I would assume logically that she got it from you now wouldn't I?
In that case she should be the one leaving you for causing this.

lol no shes blaming you cause she is scared and needs to blame someone and that person is you you always blame the 1 you love if she gets too bad you could always speak to your Dr about this

You haven't said what kind of illness ? so if it isn't anything to do with you
it could be just how's she's feeling and lashing out at the closest person to her
