If you do then yes you can drive as long as you are comfortable and you are confidant that you could do an emergency stop without causing pain to your stomach.

this depends on how bad your pid is only you no how much pain you are in .i hope you have seeked medical help with this problem as it can be life threatening if left.you should inform any partners that you have slept with as they may have it or they may have given it to you but either way it needs to be treated.
