Ok... I hope we don't completely ruin the "Happiest Place on Earth" thing... but what is your worst memory of Disney World... or Disney anything? (My worst memory took place when I worked at the Magic Kingdom. I saw a man fall to his death from the Sky Buckets... long story. Very sad.)

In May of 2004 we took a family trip. My son, me, my niece, her husband and 2 kids, and my sister. My sister's husband had just passed away in Nov. '03. During the fireworks at Magic Kingdom she was overtaken by a wave of grief. There we were in the "Happiest Place on Earth" and she was balling her eyes out!!! It was a very emotional moment that I am certain none of the surrounding strangers would understand!!

Note: We returned last year and she faired so much better. We are going twice this year!

I WORKED there for one month and saw The Characters with their HEADS off...OMD! Terrible let me tell you...
and hardly anyone working there really believes in the MAGIC anymore, they are a bunch of burnt out sorry lot of people!
I stopped working there for a few reasons, but one was the SCHEDULING was...IS... so terrible!

Do you know that IF someone PUKES in the water fountains after a ride...it is not SANITIZED!They just soak up the STUFF with a soaker towel and rinse the small pieces down the drain...
wipe off the moth piece and run water for a few seconds!
I know!
REALLY GROSS!
I feel that the GUEST do not see enough BAD stuff maybe, but working BACK STAGE is an EYE OPENER.

I've got nothing but good memories - but my parents got stuck on Pirates of the Caribbean once for over 2 hours, in the middle of the looting scene. To this day they cringe when you sing "15 men on a dead man's chest..." :-)

I think mine was when I was about 6 years old. It happened twice, I think I was a very sensitive child. I cried in the original little mermaid when someone died (can't remember who). I also cried during a donald duck cartoon when his nephews and he are in a cabin in the woods and they fake their deaths to get at him.

standing in line in epcot to get what looked like taco bell food and having my card declined. turns out i spent more than 1,000 dollars in a day and my debit card wont let me spend more than that. after checking with my bank I had to find an atm and get back in line.....and the food was not that great.

We were watching "It's a Bug's Life - 3D", and my date was violated by a pokey thang from under the seat. Not cool >=0\

Ummm... let's see. I think the worst was when everyone told me how scary the ghost ride was going to be, so I kept my eyes closed and screamed the entire way through it. Ahahaha. :)
