Why wouldn't he still be a legend?

I have been a devoted Queen fan for as long as I can remember, I remember kids listening to chart stuff and thinking I was mad because I was listening to Queen's Tie Your Mother Down etc. (only about 13 years ago approx. when still at school). Freddie Mercury is and always will be a legend. There will never be another one like him.

I still love Queen and Freddie. I have one tribute band who I always go and see because they are not trying to be a look a like band, not even really a sound a like band, they just want to help the music of Queen live on. Anybody wants to give them a try, they're called Magic - A Kind of Queen. Excellent. Freddie is always going to be a legend.

Without a doubt, I feel Freddie Mercury is a legend. There is simply no other performer or singer like him, and never will be. He was just one in a gazillion.
Funny thing was, I used to make fun of their music as a kid, when my mom would play it. Now, I am wondering what the heck was wrong with me..they were so fantastic! My personal favorite: "Under Pressure" with David Bowie..

Rest in Peace, Freddie..

Great singer, bit weird but he put his heart into his music, some modern day singers could learn a thing or 2 from that. he will always be a legend seeing as how hes dead an everything, plus shows like We Will Rock You help keep the man and his music fresh!

I think that his best work is the Bohemian Rhapsody - in it he poignantly begs for forgiveness because he killed a man - perhaps he thought he passed on his HIV to another man thereby "killing" him? Oh and yes he is definitely a legend!
