If one life can be saved it would be worth it. Every year people die from being hit in the head with golf balls and clubs, being struck by lightning and golf cart accidents.

What about those coconuts, they drop out of the trees and kill hundreds every year.
They have to be banned too, along with cars, trains, buses....

Should driving cars also be illegal, since so many people die every year in automobile accidents? Since so many people die due to medical malpractice while in the hospital, all hospitals should be closed too, huh?

Maybe not the sport itself..but definitely the goofy clothes they wear while playing.
