First, don't quit. Yet.

Get out there and look for a new job first and have that one lined up before you quit. If you are interested in restaurant management, your experience will help, but maybe you can find someplace that has a better environment to grow your career. Try www.indeed.com to search for jobs that you are interested in.

If you're open to the idea of bringing in additional streams of income working from the comfort of your own home, visit http://www.bedavis1.mywayout.net/ and watch the simple proven formula presentation that not only tells about the business but how it works too. While doing research, do check with the BBB (better business bureau) on any company you're looking at for legitimacy, ill complaints and ratings of the company. Robert Kiyosaki's book (from the Rich Dad Poor Dad) "The Business School" says this is the way to go!

it all depends on what your education background is and what job duties you were trained for. but it sounds like most of your job skills are in retail,i would say get involved with a temp service and try to get training in a different field that might utilize your management training or simply go back too school and see if you can take some business accounting classes - just a suggestion.
