A Moist Needle Valve, I'd recommend hand pumps, I don't really trust gas station pumps, they overfill way to much.

you can always hand pump it but believe me it will be better if you get it done by a professional, like from a gas station or something...

you need the little needle valve, then a hand pump works best but you can use a compressor just be careful you don't over inflate your ball and rupture the bladder.

Use a wet neddle valve.NOT GAS STATION........well if you like you ball.
