Yes, I received very poor service. I always get a response but it is always a form letter that answers nothing.

I have received great service from Yahoo! I am not sure what is the problem you are contacting them on, but I had nothing but good service from them. I would allow 48 - 72 hours for a response. You'll see, they will respond.

Yup. They just send crap form letter after crap form letter. It's worthless.
