last thursday and friday we came home during the morning for love making. great. she even had subway sandwiches for us on Friday. she made the comment it would be great to have sex again friday night and i said, that would be awesome.
she had to attend an event friday night and i'd had supper and we needed to run an errand in town and stopped to get the children Frostees from Wendys. i had a small one and it made me feel full.
later on i said i thought about the morning sex during the day, which she likes to hear that i'm thinking about us, and told her i was lucky to have a beautiful woman. i said she is beautiful and i didn't know what she saw in me, a fat ugly man.
i said i wasn't feeling very well about myself and after eating the ice cream, felt fat and bloaty. she was going through PMS and sometimes i get a bit cranky, too.
so she gets all upset at me and doesn't want to have sex because i "broke" the mood by describing my feelings. SEE DETAILS

Then i said it's fine when she wants to tell me about things, but when i want to describe my feelings, i'm at fault.
she said i sounded whiney...OMG...i can't count the number of times i have to listen to her whine.
i wanted a BOWFLEX for christmas so i could work out a bit. i went from 6'2 and 175 in college and working out 4-5 days a week to 6'2" 265 and no working out 16 years later.
i do feel bad. i can't stand seeing a gut when i take off my shirt. she says i look great and quit talking about it.
i've suggested we join the Y as a family, but she doesn't listen and thinks it's a waste of money.
so now she says i ruined friday night because i said i didn't want to have sex. i never said that, i would have had sex, i just had a few things i wanted to get off my chest.....and to her, it killed the evening.
to me, i was just expressing my thoughts.

Briefly, 'Kelia' has it right. Don't say anything about negative attractiveness near the time of having sex - duh! - do you really need to be told this?
Second. It sounds like you have a great wife. You are fat and she still wants to make time to bang you. That is amazing. You should count your blessings.
Third. Grow up and act like a man. There's nothing stopping you from losing weight. I have a 42" shoulder and a 32" waist - and last week I lost another 1" off my waist -- to 31" now. Get with it. Act like a man. Lose the weight on your own and say nothing to your wife. Act like a man, don't expect her help. You don't need exercise machines to lose weight. 30 minutes growing to an hour of walking/jogging and CUT BACK ON THE FEED BAG! L-Carnitine, Chromium Picolinate, 2 meals a day of protein powder ONLY and the weight will fall off you!
Act like a man! You are insecure about your weight and you "whine" about your looks in acts of self-pity in order to lure her into saying that she still loves you, that you don't look bad, blah blah blah.
Act like a man! You have a good wife. Stop talking about your weight and lose it! Then bang every last drop of juice out of your wife with your new body.

You talk as much about food as you do sex. First, a woman during PMS is a terrifying thing !! That's when you should be scarce.
NEVER try to negotiate ANYTHING with a woman. I imagine her bloated feelings of PMS took a back seat to your bloated feelings of eating at subway. Imagine how bloated you'd feel by eating real food, not just subway.

There is a good time to exspress your feelings and about time to do it, and for some reason then was about time to do it. If she tells you you look good then you look good to her and thats all that matters. Maybe she gets tired of hearing it because she feels like you dont listen to her when she tells you, you look good. She is turned on to you some how, and obvesily the way you look does not effect her being hott for you.
Ask her if it hurts her feeling when you bring it up, and if she feels like you dont believe her and then let her know that you do beleive her and encouge her in that way.
